Industrial nozzles for cleaning: which type you need to use

As China’s top industrial nozzle manufacturer, Changyuan Spray Technology specializes in the production of various nozzles for all kinds of industries. Industrial nozzles are also named spray nozzle. Most of them are installed in various spraying, atomizing, oil spraying, sandblasting, and other equipment. They also play different roles according to different needs and industries. They are widely used in environmental protection, pre-painting, circuit boards, petroleum, chemical, iron, steel, metallurgy, electronics, cement, food, paper, printing, agriculture, animal husbandry, and other industries.

Types of industrial nozzles

1. By material

According to the material, it can be divided into metal, plastic, ceramic, and alloy nozzle. The first mainstream applications in the market are metal and plastic nozzles. Ceramic and alloy nozzles are suitable for some industries with high requirements for materials because of the high cost of materials used, so few people will use these nozzles.

2. By spray shape

According to the spray shape, it can be divided into cone, square, rectangular, oval, fan, column flow nozzle, etc. Except fan and column flow nozzle, others include solid and hollow cone nozzles.

3. By fluid

According to the different nature of the nozzle fluid, it can be divided into single-fluid nozzle (one substance), two-fluid nozzle (two substances), multi-fluid nozzle (more than two substances).

4. By industry

According to the different industries, it can be divided into petrochemical, agricultural, textile, paper, printing, environmental protection (desulfurization, denitrification, denitrification, dust removal, etc.), iron, steel metallurgy, coking, electronic, food nozzles, etc.

5. By medium

According to the different spraying medium of the nozzle, it can be divided into water, oil, powder, gas, mixed medium, coal water slurry nozzle (such as Texaco, four nozzle), etc.

Principle of industrial nozzles

The main functions of industrial nozzles include cleaning, spraying, coating, cooling, dust removal, lubrication, removal, stripping, humidification, sterilization, disinfection, gas regulation, spray drying, fire prevention, etc. Nozzle is a device that can atomize and spray out the liquid and evenly suspend it in the air. Its working principle is to squeeze the internal liquid into the nozzle through the internal pressure. An iron plate is placed inside the nozzle, and the high-speed flowing liquid hits it and rebounds to form atomized particles with a diameter of about 10-80 microns, then eject through the nozzle outlet.
