2. Working principle of two-fluid atomizing nozzle

Due to the unstable aerodynamics, the liquid layer is split into elongated tube holes. The thick and thin cylinders then turn into droplets. The liquid passes through the internal pressure and squeezes the internal liquid into the nozzle. A blade is placed inside the atomizing nozzle. The high-speed liquid passes through the swirling cavity of the blade to form a mist. After the liquid impacts and rebounds, it forms a mist with a diameter of about 15-60 microns. The particles are transformed and sprayed through the nozzle outlet to form a spray.
